We realize that sometimes an item may become damaged during shipment or may not be exactly what you were expecting. Return Policy for Chocolates:
Under no circumstances,we accept any returns or give credit as you discovered you did not like the chocolate. You should first check the chocolates and accordingly order it. The reviews and tasting notes are for information only, and not a guarantee that you will taste what is in the notes or that you will like it. Please do not order wholesale amounts of chocolates without sampling them first.
In the event chocolates are damaged in transit, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company and also work with you to get replacement product out to you. The damaged product should be retained for inspection and potential return. Please photograph any damage when it is discovered.
