All orders of chocolates would be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on the order.


No signature required
Some of our clients ask us to ship the chocolate package with“no signature required”. We follow the instructions as per the customer requirement. But there is no guarantee that the shipping company will honor the request.

Shipping company being responsible for delivering the package will decide whether or not it is safe to leave the package without a signature. We are entirely not responsible if the shipping company leaves the package without a signature.


Hot Weather Shipping
Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat. During hotter months, Tricous add a small charge to help cover the cost of ice packs, insulation materials, and additional handling. During the warm summer months, we do not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, Monday deliveries are not possible. 


Refund Policy
Once your chocolates leave our facility, they are at entirely the responsibility of the courier company. We make every effort to protect your chocolates from damage by doing proper packaging during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt. Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by package refusal, inclement weather, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
